Prep grill by removing grill rack and coating with cooking spray to prevent sticking. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, pepper, chives and half of the Teriyaki sauce. Shape into 4 patties 1/2" thick. Place patties on grill with pineapple and red onion slices around the edge of grill. Grill 6-8 minutes, flip patties and baste with remaining Teriyaki sauce. Cook for another 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink in the center and food thermometer registers 165 degrees F. Apply 1 slice of Provolone chese to each patty and grill until slightly melted. Lightly toast buns by putting on grill away from direct heat for 1-2 minutes. Place patty on bun and top with pineapple slice and red onion ring. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
