Brown Turkey Farm is a 4th generation turkey farm that raises 100,000 heavy toms annually and 1,500 acres of corn and soybeans.
Check barns before poult placements. Supervise poults to ensure proper turkey growing practices are followed. Ensure farm facilities are well maintained and received feed deliveries timely. Meet with the veterinarian bi-weekly to discuss flock health. Schedule poult placements. Schedule mature bird load out.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Display strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills. Must be willing to work weekends and be on call as needed. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to: walk, stand and sit for long periods of time, lift 50 pounds, able to exert 60 - 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
