EXAMPLE: Turkey Processing Plant Worker - 2nd shift

Process product using tools and equipment provided. Follows all work safety policies and guidelines. Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/ or safety issues/concerns. Adheres to all USADA and GMP product standards and guidelines. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Will be required to rotate to various functions within the processing department. Performs other duties as assigned. Accountable to maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Set up, operate and maintain all equipment in the assigned department; run product at line speed as scheduled by Production Supervisor; maintain on going communication and maintenance Supervisors and Manager; ability to work in a fast pace environment; ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions; must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Packing out cooked product. Unracking products. Cutting product.

Able to lift 25 - 50 pounds. Perform repetitive motion with a knife or tool. Able to twist, turn or bend throughout an 8 - 10 hour shift. Able to work in temperatures ranging from 32 - 40 degrees. Works well in group setting. Able to stand on concrete floors for long duration of time.
