Small pot

  • 2 whole turkey breasts, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
  • 1 c hot sauce
  • 8 oz butter
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 c green pepper
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 c button mushrooms

Directions

  • Skewer turkey breast cubes evenly on four skewers
  • Season turkey skewers with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, chili powder and paprika
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat, place a small sauce pot on the grill to warm.
  • Add hot sauce and butter to the pot, mix well to make the Buffalo sauce
  • Slice and skewer veggies with the turkey cubes, green peppers, onion, and mushrooms, feel free to include any of your favorite vegetables
  • Place skewers on the grill, rotating every 2-3 minutes, drizzling with the buffalo sauce every time you turn, keep turning and drizzling until turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve and eat.
