Every year, the Minnesota Turkey Growers Association (MTGA) joins the North Central Poultry Association for Poultry Day at the Capitol in St. Paul. Together, the two organizations advocate legislative priorities to lawmakers. This one-day event is important for giving voice to Minnesota turkey farmers and the industry to decision-makers. What to Expect

Prior to the meetings, you will receive our list of legislative priorities. We will also host a briefing session where you will have a chance to ask questions and learn about the legislative process. Meetings with legislators typically last 15 to 30 minutes. During the meetings, it is your chance to voice your concerns and be heard.
