Lori Roering began her career at Jennie-O Turkey Store in 2000. She held numerous positions in customer service and the transportation department.

In 2015, she joined the procurement group in live production. Her responsibilities include supervising team coordinators in poult placement and scheduling by establishing and implementing strategic position standards.

Lori and her husband, Alan, are dairy/crop farmers.They have 3 children, Harley, Cooper and Macey. Lori's hobbies include following the activities of her three children and travelling.
