1. Combine the first 7 ingredients and shape into 4patties, about ½ inch thick.
2. Cook burgers via broiler, about 6 inches fromheat, grill, or fry in a skillet with around 1 Tbsp of oil of your choosing.Cook each side 3-4 minutes, until burgers are fully cooked, and no raw meatremain in the middle.
3. Serve on toasted buns topped with cheese, jalapeños, and additional mustard if desired.
