Viking Burgers

These healthy turkey burgers pack a punch of flavor. Grill them, fry them, broil them, it's hard to mess them up.

Ingredients

·     1 lb ground turkey

·     1-2 Tbsp prepared horseradish

·     1 ½ tsp paprika

·     1 ½ tsp prepared Dijon-style mustard

·     ¼ tsp pepper

·     1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

·     Dash of salt

·     2 jalapeños (slicedand fried)

·     Sliced cheese of your choosing

·     4 hamburger buns (toasted if desired)

Directions

1.    Combine the first 7 ingredients and shape into 4patties, about ½ inch thick.

2.    Cook burgers via broiler, about 6 inches fromheat, grill, or fry in a skillet with around 1 Tbsp of oil of your choosing.Cook each side 3-4 minutes, until burgers are fully cooked, and no raw meatremain in the middle.

3.    Serve on toasted buns topped with cheese, jalapeños, and additional mustard if desired.
