- Combine the Russian Dressing ingredients and mix throughly.
- Cover east slice of bread with ample dressing.
- Assemble the sandwich with a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of bread, several slices of turkey and portion of sauerkraut in the middle.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich lightly with melted butter and place under broiler to grill lightly until done.
