  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Prepare the Turkey:

  • Trim any excess fat or connective tissue from the turkey breast roast and cut into uniform cubes.
  • Thread onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30minutes before grilling.

2. Season:

  • Combine all seasoning ingredients and coat the turkey generously on all sides.
  • Let stand for 15–30 minutes while the grill heats.

3. Preheat the Grill:

  • Heat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat (375–425°F).
  • Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.

4. Grill:

  • Place skewers directly over the heat. Grill for 10–12 minutes total, turning every 2–3 minutes, until lightly charred and the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F - use a thermometer!
