1. Prepare the Turkey:
- Trim any excess fat or connective tissue from the turkey breast roast and cut into uniform cubes.
- Thread onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30minutes before grilling.
2. Season:
- Combine all seasoning ingredients and coat the turkey generously on all sides.
- Let stand for 15–30 minutes while the grill heats.
3. Preheat the Grill:
- Heat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat (375–425°F).
- Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
4. Grill:
- Place skewers directly over the heat. Grill for 10–12 minutes total, turning every 2–3 minutes, until lightly charred and the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F - use a thermometer!
- Using a basting brush, base turkey skewers with seasoned melted butter throughout cooking.
Restand Serve
Rest for3–5 minutes.
Servewith dill pickle chips and slices of white bread. Can also serve with ranch.
